About Job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our Design and Engineering Division in Karachi, Pakistan or on Hybrid / Remote Position.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of professional experience in industrial or oil & gas architectural design, with strong expertise in concept development, detailed design, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

This role is based in Karachi, but may include travel to GCC countries for design coordination, client meetings, or site-related technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
Develop concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, and 3D visualizations in coordination with engineering disciplines.
Ensure compliance with SABIC, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, SEC, and NWC standards, as well as international codes (NFPA, IBC, BS, ISO, etc.).
Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers for fully integrated design deliverables.
Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, layouts, and construction documentation.
Ensure architectural designs meet HSE, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.
Participate in design review meetings, technical presentations, and site visits when required.
Provide technical input during project proposals, tendering, and design optimization phases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed and accredited university (Master’s degree or professional license preferred).
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in industrial, oil & gas, or large-scale infrastructure design.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other international languages is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
* Must well aware about SABIC, ARAMCO, SEC, MARAFIQ, Maaden and NWC engineering standards and best practices.

Job Specific Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and BIM software.
Strong knowledge of international architectural codes and standards (NFPA, IBC, ASHRAE, ISO, etc.) and GCC client specifications (SABIC, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, SEC, NWC).
Experience in industrial facility design, office buildings, control rooms, and utility structures.
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook, Power BI.
