About Job

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a proven background in industrial design, engineering, or oil & gas business development.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a hybrid or freelance environment, capable of building new business relationships, identifying project opportunities, and developing leads with major contractors and clients across the GCC region.

You will represent Pak Indus Solutions in the regional market, supporting our growth strategy and expanding our network within key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with major industrial clients and contractors across KSA, Bahrain, and Qatar.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams within companies such as SABIC, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, SEC, and NWC.
Promote the company’s engineering, design, and project execution services to new and existing clients.
Track and analyze market trends, tender announcements, and project opportunities in the GCC region.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to prepare presentations, bids, and commercial offers.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company professionally.
Provide regular reports and insights on market developments and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support ongoing business relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Engineering, Industrial, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other international languages is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining close collaboration with the central office team.
Willingness to travel within GCC countries for meetings, project discussions, or events.

Job Specific Skills

Strong understanding of GCC business culture, contracting processes, and industrial clients.
Familiarity with SABIC, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, SEC, and NWC project ecosystems and main contractors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Can generate Reports, and Presentation, and keep clients data updated in library.
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook, Power BI.
